Privacy notice

This notice explains how Atrex AB handles personal data when you use the contact form on atrex.se.

What we collect

If you send the form we process your name, email address, optional company name, and message. We do not ask for special-category data and ask you not to include it.

Why we process it

We use the information to understand your enquiry and reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

How it is sent

Messages are delivered by email through our email provider, UseSend. Your address is set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last reply, then delete it unless we must retain it for a legal claim or accounting duty.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to this processing. Write to hello@atrex.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form uses a local proof-of-work check (Altcha) and does not set a tracking cookie.
